Dalam sebuah uji coba generasi variao terbaru ini mampu menempuh jarak hingga 52.1 km hanya dengan 1 liter bensin.

Selain itu Honda juga menyematkan teknologi eSP (Enhanced Smart Power), dengan teknologi ini variant vario terbaru ini mampu memberikan tenaga yang lebih besar serta tingkat responsive yang tinggi. Konsekuensi dari penerapan tersebut memang makan membuat kapasitas mesin menjadi besar yakni 125 cc serta harus mengadopsi piston berdiameter 52,4 mm. tenaga yang dihasilkan memang signifikan yakni 11,3 PS pada 6.500 rpm dan torsinya 1,1 kgf.m di 5.000 rpm. Perubahan lain yang muncul adalah fitur yang mirip dengan Honda PCX 125 yakni mesin akan otomatis mati pada saat stationer, kemudian jok bisa dibuka dengan tombol disamping kunci kontak, dan masalah suara berisik pada saat distarter yang selama ini menjadi kelemahan varia kini sudah tidak ada.
