Untuk menunjang kesn sporty, produk ini memiliki sockbreker tipe monosock serta didukung dengan Dual Tune Muffler (DTM). Teknologi TDM cukup ampuh untuk mengubah suara kanlpot menjadi garang hanya dengan mengubah posisi tuas di dekat tuas choke. Untuk lampu sein telah menggunakan LED, sehingga lebih terang. Sedangkan untuk lampu utama juga telah mangadopsi teknologi headlamp on (AHO, sehingga begitu mesin hidup, lampu utama juga langsung menyala. Konsumsi bahan bakarnya juga irit, mereka mengkalim bahwa untuk 1 liter bensin mampu untuk menempuh jarak hingga 40 km.

Beberapa waktu lalu PT TVS Motor Company Indonesia (TVS-MCI) baru saja meluncurkan variant terbaru “TVS Neo XR” edisi 2012. Pada produk yang terbaru ini terlihat beberapa penyegaran terutama sekali pada bagiab stripping yang hadir lebih modern dengan kompbinasi warna yang pas serta menarik. Kemudian juga pada pelatakan head lamp yang kini sudah menggunakan lampu halogen, dimana pada variant sebelumnnya head lamp tersebut diletakkan pada bagian bodi depan, namun sekarang sudah dipindah pada bagian stang. Selain itukendaraan ini juga telah mengadopsi teknologi Automatic Head light On atau yang biasa dikenala sebagai teknologi AHO, dimana ketika mesin motor dihidupkan maka lampu utama akan secara otomatis menyala, sehingga pengendara tidak perlu kawatir lupa yang berakibat bisa kena tilang pak polisi, he he he….

Pada TV Neo XR 2012 ini memang sedang mengalami penyegaran, namun saying hal tersebut tidak tampak pada bagian mesin, sebab kendaraan ini masih menggunakan mesin pada variant sebelumnya yakni mesin dengan teknologi Digital Ignition Mapping berkapasitas 110 cc yang memiliki tenaga 8.5 bhp dan torsi 8,5 Nm pada putaran mesin 4.500 rpm.
